Charles Dietrich

CEO

Chuck Dietrich was most recently the General Manager & Vice President, Salesforce Mobile, which mobilizes Salesforce CRM, custom, and Force.com applications so that mobile professionals are always connected to their critical information. Chuck also had responsibility for the company's strategic alliances with carriers and mobile device providers, including Apple, Motorola, Nokia, RIM, Sprint and others. Chuck led salesforce.com's successful acquisition of Sendia in 2006, and was with the company since 2000 in a variety of leadership roles including building salesforce.com's consulting, marketing and product alliances programs and building out foreign distribution. Chuck holds a BA from University of Colorado in Economics and an MBA from University of Utah

Mitch Grasso

Mitch Grasso was co-founder of AdSpace Networks which raised nearly $60MM in venture funding and operates a nationwide network of digital signs for advertising in shopping malls. Mitch became the VP of Product Development and was responsible for the planning and creation of the underlying CoolSign digital signage software, which was sold to Clarity Visual Systems in 2005, and subsequently to Planar (NasdaqGM: PLNR) in 2006, and is widely regarded as one of the foremost digital signage platforms available today. Prior to AdSpace, Mitch was part of the startup team at Silicon Gaming. There he spearheaded the design of the platform and games of the Odyssey, a revolutionary slot machine that brought multimedia to the casino gaming experience.

Heidi Jackman is a senior Marketing professional with twenty years’ experience in high technology marketing, e-commerce and product management. Heidi was most recently at Intuit and is recognized as one of the primary thought leaders for the online world, she created Intuit’s first “Web Center of Excellence” and played an integral role in implementing Intuit’s “web first” strategy. Heidi’s passion for customer advocacy and deep understanding of small businesses and consumer behaviors online led to an established record of launching successful version 1 software and SaaS offerings and growing established businesses in both the B-to-B and B-to-C space. Heidi graduated with a degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara.

VP of Global Marketing & Business Development

Nat Robinson is the VP of Marketing & Business Development for SlideRocket, a founding partner of SkyFarm Communications and Executive Producer at Front Ave. Productions. Robinson has over 15 years of information technology and marketing experience including a 13 year tenure at Oracle Corporation in a variety of sales and marketing roles most recently as the Vice President of Corporate Marketing where he led the content development for the company's global marketing programs. Nat started with Oracle as a Sales Consultant in New Zealand where he was born. Nat is also a private pilot, an ASA bareboat captain, SSI advanced diver and keen surfer.

Mitchell Kertzman

Mitchell Kertzman is a Managing Director at Hummer Winblad Venture Partners. He has over 30 years of experience as a CEO of public and private software companies. Most recently, Mitchell was Chairman and CEO of Liberate Technologies, a provider of platform software for the delivery of digital services by cable television companies. Before joining Liberate, he was chairman of the board and CEO of Sybase, Inc. Mitchell was founder and CEO of Powersoft, which merged with Sybase in February 1995.

A former programmer, Mitchell founded Powersoft in 1974 as Computer Solutions. He renamed the company and became a member of the Hummer Winblad family in 1991 when Hummer Winblad invested in the company, which became the leading provider of client-server development tools with its flagship product, PowerBuilder. The merger with Sybase in 1995 was, at the time, the most valuable in the history of the software industry.

Mitchell served as President of the Massachusetts Software Council from 1994 to 1996 and was 1990 chairman of the American Electronics Association. He is founder and former chairman of the Massachusetts Institute for a New Commonwealth (MassINC), a think tank focused on issues related to the standard of living and quality of life of America’s middle class. He served on the New York State Commission on Industrial Competitiveness and chaired its task force on industrial policy.

Mitchell was awarded an honorary doctorate of humane letters from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. He currently sits on the Boards of Five9, nGenera, Palamida, SlideRocket, VKernel, WaveMaker, Widgetbox and YieldBuild.

Ray Carey is a General Partner with Azure Capital Partners where he focuses on communications infrastructure technologies. He is currently on the boards of NeoNova and SlideRocket.

Prior to Azure, Ray worked as Vice President at Credit Suisse First Boston focused on public and private financings and mergers and acquisitions for communications equipment and semiconductor companies. Ray also worked in the Investment Banking and Equity Research divisions at Robertson Stephens, following semiconductor and semiconductor manufacturing companies.

Ray has provided strategic and investment advice to several communications equipment and component companies including Applied Micro Circuits (AMCC), ADC Telecommunications, Amkor/Anam, Cerent (acquired by Cisco), Cyras Systems (acquired by Ciena), Efficient Networks (acquired by Siemens), Juniper Networks, MMC Networks (acquired by AMCC), NeoMagic, New Focus, Newport Corporation, Next Level Communications, Siara Systems (acquired by Redback Networks), TSMC, Wireless Facilities, Xros (acquired by Nortel) and Zhone Technologies..
