Top 10 Reasons SlideRocket Users Sleep Better At Night
Sleep tight SlideRocket users. Your presentations are safe with us.
We’re excited to announce that all SlideRocket users can now set their presentations to “Private”. Formerly only SlideRocket Pro users could this, but now SlideRocket Lite (the free version) users can as well. This means any presentation you create from scratch or import from PowerPoint will be set to “Private” until you choose to make it “Public”. Nobody can view it, and Google won’t crawl it.
This update provides peace of mind and presentation security for SlideRocket users. Whether you’re working on your sales projections, company financials, or your business plan, you can be sure your presentations are safe.
In celebration of this new feature, we’d like to share with you the following:
Top 10 Reasons SlideRocket Users Sleep Better at Night:
#1 You can set presentations to “Private” so no person (or search engine) can see them.
#2 If someone steals your laptop those rascals will never be able to access your presentations because they’re not stored on your computer.
#3 If you accidentally email someone a presentation with sensitive information (e.g., pictures from last weekend’s bachelor party, price lists, etc.), just remove/update that information, or set it to “Private”, and you’re off the hook.
#4 When collaborating with others you’re able to set which people can edit the presentation and which can only view it.
#5 Create “Library Slides” that team members can add to their presentations, but can’t edit (think price lists, etc.).
#6 Require a password before a presentation can be viewed. ($)
#7 Invite certain people to view your “Private” presentation, and revoke those privileges from any individual at any time. ($)
#8 Set a presentation link to “expire” at a predetermined date (think sales proposals). ($)
#9 Set presentations controls so viewers can (or can’t) print, export, embed, etc., your presentation. ($)
#10 Across your company determine which users can create, share, import, etc. presentations (think marketing creates the presentations and sales delivers them exactly on brand). ($)
A ($) above indicates the capability is only available with SlideRocket Pro (the paid version). However, we’re proud of the fact that half of our presentation security and control features are available to SlideRocket Lite (free) users.

Are you interested in chatting about bartering? OR, do you have an affiliate program set up?

Hi Cristina,
We do not currently have an affiliate program. We keep things pretty straightforward bu offering a free version (SlideRocket Lite) that is a great offering. We’ll be adding a few more fun features in the coming months that you may find compelling.
