Tip 1: No muss, no fuss

One of the biggest challenges that salespeople face when setting the stage for their meeting, is getting everything ready. So many times we spend the beginning of a meeting fumbling with AV or getting a dial-in to work, giving off the impression that we are ill prepared.

In order to avoid these types of fiascos use tools that make it easy for people to join meetings at the last minute. Remember that there will be several stakeholders in the buying process, and it is quite likely they will want to add some additional viewers. Removing unnecessary frustration is key in making sure your meetings go off without a hitch!
