Free Accounts
SlideRocket provides a free, single-user account to anyone who would like register. This account can be used indefinitely. Free accounts have non-upgradeable constraints of both disk and bandwidth (see pricing chart for current limits).
30 Day Trial For Team Accounts
Team accounts have a 30 day free trial for the first five users. All users beyond the five trial users require payment and will be billed accordingly. At the end of 30 days the 5 trial users are automatically converted to paid users. If you cancel your account before the end of your 30 day trial period you will not be billed for the 5 trial users.
Pay In Advance
Users who opt to pay one year in advance will receive a 15% discount on their Solo or Team accounts.
Cancel Your Account At Any Time
Any account can be canceled at any time by the account admin and no further charges will be incurred but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period. For example, you sign up 10 users and opt to pay a year in advance, you use SlideRocket for 6 months then decide to cancel your subscription. Under the terms of our policy you will have access to SlideRocket accounts for the remaining 6 months and no refund will be made. There are no exceptions to this policy.
How Do I Cancel My Account?
Accounts can be canceled at any time by logging into your account and selecting the Account Button. Select the 'Cancel My Account' button and follow the steps to complete the transaction.
