Navigating the Desktop Presenter
When you first launch the Desktop Presenter you will be taken to the Cached Presentation tab. From here you can play previously cached presentations or remove all cached presentations.
Note: Clearing cached presentations offline will not affect the online version, which will remain in its original form.

Caching a presentation
Caching a presentation will allow the user to access and play presentations with or without internet connectivity. To cache a presentation, please follow the steps below:
- Click the Online Presentations button
- Enter your SlideRocket login information
- Select the presentation to be cached
- Click the Cache Presentation button

The presentation will now appear under the Cached Presentations Tab.
ADVANCED NOTE: Cached presentations DO NOT automatically update when changes are made to the original in the online editor. To ensure that all changes are transferred to the offline version, the presentation must be cached again. The previous cached version doesn’t need to be deleted prior to caching the updated version. The updated version will cache over the original.
Removing cached presentations
To clear out cached presentations, click the Clear All Cached Presentations button. This will not affect the presentations online. ![]()
